Tomato and feta salad with fresh basil, red onion and white balsamic vinaigrette

Balsamic roasted beet salad, arugula, toasted almonds and soft goat cheese

Traditional caesar dressing, crispy bacon, and creamy caesar dressing

Mixed greens with crisp cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shaved carrots, and white balsamic vinaigrette

 

When offering a plated meal, you can select two options to offer your guests.

Tuscan Chicken Supreme – with garlic cream sauce, roasted red pepper, sundried tomato, spinach and roasted potatoes

Herb Crusted Cod – garlic and herb crumb, lemon beurre blanc & rice pilaf

Grade A Sirloin Beef Medallion – Parmesan and chive smashed potato with beef jus

Portobello stuffed mushrooms – al dente tomato sauce, baby spinach , and goat cheese

All entrees served with seasonal vegetables
